Privacy notice
Last updated 21 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data Green Percent collects, why, who receives it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to people we write to, to people at the teams that use our service, and to visitors of this site.
Who is responsible
Dalibor Pajić PR Green Percent, a sole proprietorship registered in Serbia (registration number 65421747), Bulevar patrijarha Pavla 51, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia. For anything about your data, write to dalibor.pajic@greenpercent.com.
What we collect and where it comes from
- If we write to you first: your name, job title, firm and business email address. We take them from your firm's website, professional profiles such as LinkedIn, and public filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (Form ADV and Form 13F). We check that an address is deliverable with an email verification service before writing. The holdings we refer to come from your firm's public 13F filing and concern the firm, not you.
- If your team uses the service: your name and business email address, the tickers you ask us to follow, your ratings of our emails and your replies. For an analysis check, the documents you choose to send us.
- If you visit this site: the site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for security, under its own retention period.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To send professionals at investment firms findings on companies their firm holds, and to offer them our service. The basis is our legitimate interest in reaching professional investors with material relevant to their work. Every such email says how to stop further emails.
- To provide the service your team asked for, and to answer you. The basis is our contract with your firm, or steps taken at your request before one.
- To keep records the law requires, such as invoices. The basis is our legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
Who receives it
We use these providers, each bound to process data only on our instructions:
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365, through GoDaddy), which hosts our email.
- NeverBounce and Hunter, which check whether a business email address is deliverable.
- Anthropic, whose commercial API our tool uses to read company documents and, for an analysis check, the documents you send. Under its terms, Anthropic does not train models on this content and deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days, except content its systems flag as breaching its usage policy.
- Netlify, which hosts this site.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Transfers outside your country
We are based in Serbia, and some of our providers are in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, Switzerland or Serbia for a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in our providers' data processing terms.
How long we keep it
- Contact details of people we have written to: until you ask us to stop, or 24 months after our last exchange. If you ask us to stop, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so that we never write to you again.
- Data of teams using the service: for as long as the service runs and up to 12 months after, longer only where accounting law requires it.
- Documents sent for an analysis check: deleted once our report is sent; our copy of the report is deleted 30 days later, or earlier on request.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. You can object at any time to our use of your data to contact you: reply "stop" to any email, or write to the address above, and we will not write again.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs); in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch); in the European Union, the authority of the country where you live or work.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practice changes, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
